Playable draft

Patrons will know i've been fiddling around with Is this self care as an idea for a while and it's finally ready for playtesting and feedback. 

It's much shorter and less complex (right now!) than Should but I think it's got some great clarity in its simplicity! 

Right now I'm looking for feedback on: 

• Ideas! What other factors influence whether doing or not doing is really self care?
• Typos and sentence structure around the variable string
